Grilled Meat “Mole” Marinade and Baste

Ingredients:

1 cup Chipotle Infused EVOO

1/2 cup Chocolate Dark Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 tablespoon Hickory Smoked Salt

Juice from 1 medium size lime

1/2 tablespoon fresh black pepper

1 tablespoon Horseradish Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

2 teaspoons RockerBox garlic dust (roasted or raw)

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

 

How To: 

In a large bowl combine all ingredients and whisk well to incorporate all ingredients

Add chicken, beef, lamb, or pork pieces and marinate in refrigerator for 1 - 6 hours

On a well-heated grill, place meat and cook as you like (be careful of flare up from dripping marinade)

Baste well with the remaining marinade (Important: before removing, close grill top and let meat heat up well)
