Rosé Balsamic Vinaigrette
The perfect dressing for a salad of dark greens, strawberries, Gorgonzola and pistachios.
For a creamier version of this dressing just whisk in a few tablespoons of mayo.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Blue Olive Rosé balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup Blue Olive medium intensity Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Honey
1 tsp. Lime juice
1/2 tsp. Very finely chopped fresh garlic
