Ingredients:

1 bag baby arugula

1 pink grapefruit, cut into segments (or supremes)

2 cara cara oranges, peeled and sliced

2 blood oranges, peeled and sliced

1 naval orange, peeled and sliced

½ pint kumquats, thinly sliced

micro greens

2 avocados

Burrata Cheese

roasted pistachios

Vinaigrette:

1 small shallot, peeled and thinly sliced

¼ cup Grapefruit White Balsamic vinegar 

⅓ cup orange juice

½ cup The Blue Olive Blood Orange Olive Oil

Mediterranean Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
