Exchanged and Returned

Items purchased from The Blue Olive may be returned or exchanged if they are in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt. Only unopened items in the original packaging will be accepted for exchange or refund.

NOTE: Returns are processed within five business days.

In the unlikely event that your item has defects or damage when you first receive it, call us so that we may send you a return label to return the item for replacement at our expense. This must be done within seven days of delivery of the damaged package.
